IMPRESSIONS FROM EXIT FESTIVAL 2018 – 18 YEARS OF FREEDOM

We packed the dust, glitter, polaroid photos, a few badges, ventilator and just a few beat boxes in our backpack, and after four days and mornings, after hundreds of thousands of steps, four sunrises and sunsets and eagerly awaited music, we close the EXIT chapter. For this year.

OPENS State of EXIT Zone was the arena for the discussion, place for studying, place for chilling, fun platform and the meeting point of the whole region.

Personal, legal, social, provided and taken, your and inalienable and any other type of freedom was studied, promoted, inspiration for game, discussion or a dance step.

At several hundred square meters, OPENS merged the civil sector organisations, sportsmen, different projects, dance, film and theatre workshops, artists, young people and a large telescope and the door towards the starts. Several thousand young people, at least from the whole Europe passed through the programs and interactive parts of the OPENS Zone.

This was the fourth time that OPENS State of EXIT Zone was organised at the centre of the Fortress, at the highest point. This was the fourth time that we had a larger number of organisations, a larger number of visitors, activations and programs. This was the fourth time that we came down the Fortress exhausted and full of impressions. Next year, we will be at the same place, with one difference – next year, you will come to the Centre of Europe.
