I LEARN + I KNOW = I HAVE VALUE

The closing ceremony of the “I Learn + I Know = I Have Value” project, which has gathered several hundred pupils who won valuable rewards and participated in billboard campaigns thanks to their work and knowledge has been held.

“Each of the billboards you see is a candle in the dark and every face promoted within this action is a candle. When the number of lit candles multiplies with seventy, that becomes a serious light and I am sure that here, today, I am standing in front of excellent people. This is currently the most illuminated place in Serbia”, the president of the Association for the Promotion of Social Responsibility.

At the closing manifestation at Master Centre, the participants were handed the adequate rewards selected by the commission consisting of the prominent people in the fields of scientific and pedagogical work, as well as representatives of sponsors and donors of the project. European Youth Capital Novi Sad 2019 has opened the door for young, successful pupils and supported this project.
“It is our honour to have the chance to cooperate and participate in this project. As our slogan says, we have opened our door as soon as we heard about this project because it is our duty to promote real values among young people”, Vukašin Grozdanović, OPENS Coordinator says.

During the campaign, several hundreds of pupils who had won prestigious domestic and international rewards in the fields of science and art were promoted during the campaign.

“This project seriously tells which kinds of talents we face when it comes to our children and that is something we all should be proud of. With the help of this project, these talented young people have become visible to all of us”, Đorđe Milićević, vice-president of the Provincial Government said.

The project was initiated in Novi Sad and has expended to Sremski Karlovci, Temerin, Srbobran, Beočin, Bački Petrovac i Žabalj.
