WE INVITE YOU TO FRAME – SUMMER CINEMA ON CAMPUS

Summer has arrived, and we’re reducing the high temperatures by going to Štrand and having cold drinks, but due to the whole situation caused by the pandemic, we’re lacking cultural and artistic programs. But you won’t have to worry about that because from July 10, we will bring you an unforgettable summer on Campus.

OPENS, in cooperation with the Cinema City Association, will use all the qualities and common capacities to organize FRAME. The project will be supported by Zoom Media, HNS Creative, but also the University of Novi Sad, where the summer cinema will be held.

FRAME includes over 30 days of summer cinema, cultural and artistic content, which you will have the opportunity to visit and see throughout the months of July and August.

HOW DID WE DESIGN THE PROGRAM?

As always, we asked the young people of Novi Sad how they imagine the summer of 2020 in the city? Their answer was consuming interesting content, but in a safe way. The idea is to organize FRAME as a summer cinema, i.e. a program that will be outdoors, accessible and interesting to everyone.

FRAME includes: film screenings, concerts, art presentations, educational panels on film and music. We imagined the program in three segments, through films, concerts and presentations of art programs with a focus on video art and sculpture. In order to paint you a picture of these segments in an interesting way, we have carefully selected cinema hits, which are of contemporary international and domestic production with special attention to restored editions.

Through the FRAME program, we want to fill this summer with content for all of you who will spend it in Novi Sad, to remind you not to forget about your cultural and film habits, to enjoy the company of your loved ones, and to paint and inspire our city as responsibly and safely as ever ​​in an interesting way.
